With only a week to go until we get back to playing some games, now could be the right time for our mums (and dads of course) to start thinking about getting involved in one of our amazing teams!
We have a fantastic new U9 girls team that needs some coaches and we really would love to see some mums getting involved! Now don't panic, all the support and help you need is at hand from the whole club of managers and coaches and our Senior Committee. On Saturday mornings Simon will be holding an introduction to coaching session, up to 4 weeks if you wish, helping the new and very keen Wildcats girls to enjoy a great hour of fun, laughter and football!
The hour is free for anyone to come along and help out, begin to get an idea of how this fulfilling and exciting role works, really get to see close up, hands on what coaching is all about. These free Coach2Coach sessions are for every mum (and dad) who wants to get involved.
On top of that, if you decide that getting involved is right for you, we will then, with the support of the FA help you become FA Playmaker qualified. This is a fantastic online resource that covers all you need to know to be a great coach, and its free as well to all our parents to use.
