Dear SSYFL Members,
Many thanks for your messages of support over the last couple of weeks, and for keeping us informed of your Club and Team decisions and circumstances.
We’re mindful that our football competition will not be the biggest concern or uppermost in many people’s minds at this worrying time. If you prefer not to receive any more communications from us for the time being, please let us know. We can update our systems with any alternative contact arrangements that are put in place for your Club or Team to ensure they are kept informed.
In the coming weeks we shall plan how to end the 2019/20 season to reach a fair and final outcome for the various SSYFL divisions and cups as best we can within the constraints and uncertainties we have. We shall consider on and off field options, and will consult on these with Clubs and Teams in due course. What is ultimately decided will be consistent with official Government advice, the advice of our FA governing body, and the rules of the Competition.
