Southwater Royals Football Club wishes to promote the positive sides of sport to as many children in the area as possible. Teamwork, exercise, sportsmanship and having fun are some of the primary goals and as such we are proud to be an inclusive club.

 

Although the aim of any sporting fixture is to win, with children playing in development teams, we believe in an ethos of inclusion and from U5 to U10 age groups, children of all abilities, should be given the same opportunities to train, play and develop their skills in a safe, un-intimidating environment. Led by coaching teams, children in U11 age groups are encouraged to develop skills and abilities needed to progress to the U12 to U16 age group teams. These age group teams play in highly competitive league and cup games across Sussex and Surrey. After progressing through the age groups the Team Pathway Programme offers the final stage of player progression and the opportunity to join our successful senior football teams.

 

It is our belief as a Community based club with FA Qualified managers and coaches, that we continue to work together to ensure that everyone, children and adults, have an enjoyable time.
